We believe in full transparency on our pricing and services. Below is a breakdown of our services and costs associated with each service. You can use our service cost quoting form below to get a quote of your monthly service cost with a break down of the costs, then subscribe to the services or book a meeting with us to discuss your needs.
- All service packages require the Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) service.
- Business hours are defined as 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
- New customer onboarding fee: $10 per server/workstation (one-time fee).
- New customer onboardings are completed within 14 business days after first payment.
- Agreement term: 1 year.
Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM)
This service includes the monitoring and management of all supported devices on the network. This includes monitoring device health, performance, and security, as well as providing remote support and troubleshooting.
Supported operating systems include Windows 10, Windows 11, Ubuntu 20.04 LTS or later for workstations, and Windows Server 2016 or later, Ubuntu 20.04 LTS or later for servers.
Lifecycle Management
This service includes the management of device lifecycle from procurement to disposal. This includes best effort asset tracking, warranty management, and end-of-life planning.
Windows Patch Management
This service includes the management of Windows updates on all devices. This includes the deployment of patches, updates, and service packs to all Windows devices in the network. Updates are deployed daily on workstations and weekly on servers.
Third-Party Patch Management
This service includes the management of select third-party applications on all devices. Software includes but may not be limited to:

$10 per device per month
Security Software Management
This service includes the management of security software such as anti-virus on all devices. We currently use a Managed EDR system for endpoint detection and response. This software is installed on all devices and monitored 24/7. If a threat is detected, attempts will be made to remediate the threat. If the threat cannot be remediated, the client will be notified and further action will be taken as needed.
- Servers and Workstations:
$10 per device per month
Penetration Testing
This service includes monthly internal and external penetration testing of the network. This includes vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and reporting. This yearly service will help to guide your business each month on what needs to be done to secure your computers and network.
- Internal and External Penetration Testing:
$150 per month per physical location
($1800 per year)
Microsoft Cloud Services Management
This service includes the management of Microsoft cloud services such as Azure, Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM), Office 365, and OneDrive. This includes the management of user accounts, licenses, policies, and configurations.
- Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM), OneDrive, Office 365:
$40 per user per month
(includes licensing) - Azure Virtual Machines:
$20 per virtual machine per month
- Azure Containers:
$10 per container per month
Backup and Disaster Recovery
This service includes the management of backup and disaster recovery solutions for all devices in the network.
- Servers and Workstations:
$10/terabyte + $5 per device per month
(Cloud backups) - Email, OneDrive, SharePoint:
$5 per user per month

Support Rates
- Support hours can be prepaid monthly at a 10% discount. Unused hours will not roll over to the next month but can be applied to any ongoing projects.
- Prepaid support hours assume remote support during business hours.
- On-site support is subject to resource availability and has a 3-hour minimum charge.
- Remote Support:
$100 per hour

Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Support
- Priority support for prepaid hours.
- Up to 4 hour response for critical issues during business hours.
- Up to 24 hour response for non-critical issues outside of business hours.
