We are a family owned and operated software development and managed IT services company. The company was started by Josh Throckmorton in 2006 originally as a way to do contract software development work fresh out of high school. Since then, the company has grown to include a team of developers and IT professionals that work together to provide a wide range of services to our clients.

Josh Throckmorton brings over 25 years of software writing expertise to his role as Chief Technology Officer at DevXT. A serial entrepreneur with a deep-rooted passion for developing software solutions and artificial intelligence technologies, Josh tackles complex real-world challenges. He is a staunch advocate for open source projects and actively contributes to the community. Notable among his creations are AGiXT, a pivotal AI automation framework that powers many of DevXT’s solutions, and ezLocalai, a versatile multimodal inference engine. His career spans a variety of fields including software and systems engineering, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and IT, with keen interests in emerging technologies like neurotechnology, quantum computing, and robotics. Nick Jarvis, Chief Operations Officer

Nick is a versatile professional at the forefront of software development and system administration. With a degree in Software Development from Sinclair Community College, Nick excels in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, and HTML. Driven by a fascination with robotics and Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Nick is dedicated to forging connections between humans and machines. With a forward-thinking mindset and a passion for technological advancement, Nick is poised to shape the future of human-robot relations.

Luke Throckmorton, Software Engineer

With over five years in the IT sector, Luke Throckmorton is a versatile Software Developer skilled in a multitude of technical disciplines. His expertise includes managing IT infrastructure, network administration, and mastering operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS. Luke is proficient in virtualization tools like VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBox, and Docker, and is experienced in programming languages including Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
